PROVIDER TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into between The Purpose Gathering LLC d/b/a Purpose Pages (“Purpose Pages”)  and the provider completing the application (“Provider”). By submitting your application and digital signature, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. LISTING FEES & PAYMENT

Provider agrees to pay the annual listing fee for their selected tier. Payment may be made in full at sign-up or in twelve (12) monthly installments. By selecting the monthly payment plan, Provider authorizes Purpose Pages to charge the payment method on file each month.

Listing fees are non-refundable once the profile goes live. If an application is declined, a full refund will be issued.

2. AUTO-RENEWAL

This agreement automatically renews each year at the rate locked in at the time of original sign-up. Purpose Pages will send a renewal reminder to the email on file no later than 45 days before the renewal date. To cancel,  Provider must notify us at [email protected] at least 30 days before the renewal date. By signing these Terms, Provider expressly authorizes recurring annual billing until cancellation notice is received.

Commitment Period: Provider agrees that this is a twelve (12) month commitment beginning on the date of initial payment. Listings may not be paused, suspended at Provider’s request, or cancelled mid-term for any reason. Provider remains responsible for all payments due under the selected payment plan for the full twelve (12) month term regardless of whether Provider chooses to use or update their listing. Purpose Pages does not offer refunds or payment forgiveness for mid-term cancellation requests.

3. APPLICATION + APPROVAL 

All applications are reviewed by the Purpose Pages team. Providers will receive a decision within 2 to 3 business days of submitting their application and payment. Submission of payment does not guarantee approval.

All payments are non-refundable upon approval. If your application is not approved you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

4. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, Provider will be notified by email and has ten (10) days to update their payment method before the listing is suspended. Listings may be reinstated within thirty (30) days of suspension. After thirty (30) days the listing may be permanently removed and founding member pricing forfeited.

5.  CODE OF ETHICS + COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Provider agrees to abide by the Purpose Pages Code of Ethics and Community Standards, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes but is not limited to how Provider represents themselves, how they treat and respond to the people who contact them through their listing, how they conduct themselves toward fellow providers in the Purpose Pages community, and the business practices and personal conduct standards outlined therein.

 If a concern is raised about a listed Provider, Purpose Pages will reach out directly and give the Provider a full opportunity to respond before any decision is made. We are committed to handling every situation with grace, fairness, and care. If a listing is removed following that review, the removal is permanent and the Provider will not be eligible to reapply or receive a refund.

6. PROVIDER CONTENT

Provider is responsible for all content submitted to their profile and warrants that it does not infringe on any third party rights. Provider grants Purpose Pages a non-exclusive license to display and promote their profile content for the duration of this agreement.

Provider grants Purpose Pages a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote their profile content, business name, logo, photos, and listing information for the duration of this agreement. This includes but is not limited to use in promotional emails, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and other marketing materials created by Purpose Pages to promote the directory and its providers. Purpose Pages will always represent Provider’s business in a positive and professional manner. 

7. PURPOSE PAGES’ RIGHTS

Purpose Pages reserves the right to approve or deny any application, re-evaluate any active listing at any time, and suspend or remove a listing for violations of these Terms or the Code of Ethics. Purpose Pages does not guarantee any specific number of leads, views, clients, search rankings, or results from any marketing efforts. Directory listing is a passive marketing tool and results will vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, and user demand. 

9. PRIVACY & DATA

Purpose Pages is committed to protecting the privacy of both Providers and users. Any information collected through your listing or application is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provider is solely responsible for handling any client or user information received through their listing in a lawful and ethical manner, including keeping that information confidential and using it only for the purpose for which it was shared.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to pursue claims in court or as part of a class action.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Purpose Pages’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by Provider in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Purpose Pages is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Provider agrees to indemnify and hold Purpose Pages harmless from any claims arising out of their listing content or business practices.

12. GOVERNING TERMS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. They constitute the entire agreement between the parties and may be updated with thirty (30) days written notice to the email on file. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. BUSINESS CONTINUITY

In the event that Purpose Pages ceases operations, is sold, or is transferred to a new owner, active Providers will be notified no less than 60 days in advance. Any Provider whose listing term has not yet expired at the time of closure or transfer will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of their term. In the event of a sale or transfer, all Provider agreements and obligations will transfer to the new owner and Providers will be given the opportunity to opt out within 30 days of the announcement without penalty.

ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, Provider agrees to these Terms of Use, the Purpose Pages Code of Ethics, and the Privacy Policy, and authorizes recurring annual billing as described above.
