Ambassador Terms

PURPOSE PAGES AMBASSADOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering as a Purpose Pages Ambassador, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Ambassador Relationship You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Purpose Pages. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any commissions you earn. You may not make binding commitments or promises on behalf of Purpose Pages.

2. Commission Structure Ambassadors earn 20% on qualifying referrals – new providers who sign up using your unique link and whose payment has cleared the 30-day hold period. Commissions are earned on first-time sign-ups only. No commission is earned on renewals.

For providers who pay in full, the commission is calculated on the full purchase amount. For providers who choose a monthly payment plan, the commission is calculated on the full equivalent listing fee regardless of the payment method selected. Commissions are paid out as a single payment once the referral clears the 30-day hold period.

3. Payout Terms Payouts are sent via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payment. A minimum balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. Payouts are processed once the 30-day hold period has cleared. Ambassadors earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to complete a W-9 before payment is released.

4. FTC Disclosure You must clearly disclose your Ambassador relationship any time you share your link – on social media, in emails, on video, or in person. Acceptable language includes: “I’m a Purpose Pages Ambassador and may earn a commission if you sign up using my link.” Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Promotional Standards You agree to promote Purpose Pages honestly. You may not make false claims, guarantee results, spam, or use paid ads that bid on Purpose Pages branded keywords.

6. Your Ambassador Link You are responsible for sharing your link correctly. Commissions cannot be manually attributed after the fact due to technical issues outside of our control. Referral tracking cookies remain active for 90 days from the date of the initial link click, meaning if someone clicks your link and purchases a listing within 90 days, you will receive credit for the referral.

7. Termination Either party may exit the program at any time with written notice to [email protected]. Purpose Pages may remove any Ambassador immediately for violations of these Terms or the Purpose Pages Code of Ethics. Cleared commissions will be paid out upon termination. Forfeited commissions due to violations are not eligible for appeal.

8. No Earnings Guarantee Participation in the Ambassador Program does not guarantee any specific level of income. Results will vary based on your audience, referral activity, and how many providers sign up using your link. Every confirmed qualifying referral will be paid – this clause simply means we cannot predict or promise how many referrals you will generate. You will always be paid for every referral that meets the qualifying criteria outlined in Section 2.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to pursue claims in court or as a class action.

10. Updates Purpose Pages may update these Terms at any time with 30 days written notice to the email on file. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
